A set of six Böker Plus sandwich knives (Brötchenmesser) with black handles, item 03BO006 from the German maker Böker. Each knife has a stainless steel blade with a sharp serrated edge and a rounded tip, made for slicing bread rolls and sandwiches, and Böker notes they also work well for fruit, vegetables and tomatoes. The black synthetic handles are ergonomically shaped with a slightly rough surface for a secure grip. Each knife is 210 mm long overall with a 105 mm blade and weighs about 29 g. They come boxed as a six-piece set, useful for the breakfast table, a braai or a picnic.
