Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, Zalman offers a full refund minus any delivery fees within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds apply only to unused, sealed products returned within 7 days. Opened items incur a 30% restocking fee provided all original packaging is returned; damaged packaging results in no refund. Products returned for a refund must be in a resalable condition.
Power tools, pumps, motors and other mechanical or electrical equipment can only be returned for full credit if unused and in their original sealed packaging within 7 days. Once used or installed, the manufacturer or supplier will assess the item to determine whether partial credit applies.
Consumables such as paint, lubricants, garden and pool chemicals, animal feed and food items can only be refunded if unopened. Items cut to length (pipe, hose, cable, chain and similar) cannot be returned once cut.
Return shipping costs are for the customer's account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment; credit card or bank charges may apply.
Special orders (items not normally stocked and ordered in specifically for you) qualify for credit or refund only if defective upon receipt. Once a special order has been placed with the supplier, it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrectly ordered items are returnable only if unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
Warranty Repairs and Replacements
Products carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, where one applies. Faulty items must be returned by the customer at their own cost; Zalman covers return shipping costs within 2 weeks.
Battery warranties are restricted to a duration of 6 months against manufacturer defects, excluding misuse or charge-cycle limits.
Physical damage, misuse, incorrect installation or connection, and normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
Repaired or replaced items left uncollected after three months may be sold to recover costs.
