This safety boot is manufactured from durable 2.0 to 2.2 mm full-grain leather with a breathable microfiber tongue and collar designed to provide long-lasting comfort and durability. The padded bellows tongue helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the boot while improving overall comfort. The padded microfiber collar is laminated to open-cell foam, increasing breathability and cushioning for extended wear. The boot features a secure lacing system with five pairs of corrosion-resistant eyelets and two pairs of ski hooks for a firm, adjustable fit. Braided dual-colour polyester laces with a reinforced core provide added strength and durability. The tongue and quarter lining are made from industrial non-woven material laminated to open-cell foam to improve comfort and support. The vamp lining consists of a high-performance needle-fibre blend that offers excellent moisture absorption, helping to keep feet dry throughout the working day. The lining is treated with an antibacterial finish to improve hygiene and reduce bacterial growth. The anti-static insole is manufactured from a non-woven material bonded to EVA foam and includes cushioning inserts positioned at the heel and ball of the foot to provide enhanced comfort and support. The top sock combines polyester and wool with an EVA layer to improve moisture management, cushioning, and shock absorption.
