The Campingaz Camp Bistro 2 is a single-burner portable gas stove for camping, picnics, caravanning and load-shedding cooking. It runs on Campingaz CP 250 butane cartridges, which slot into the side compartment with a cartridge safety locking system for correct, safe fitting every time. Piezo ignition lights the 2,200 W burner without matches, and it boils a litre of water in about five and a half minutes. The fixed enamelled pan support is stable and easy to clean and takes pans from 12 cm to 26 cm across. It uses about 160 g of gas an hour, giving up to roughly 1 hour 15 minutes on one CP 250 cartridge, and packs into its own sturdy plastic carry case.
