An extension section for a 12 Gauge cleaning rod. It screws onto an existing sectional cleaning rod to add length, so the rod reaches all the way through a longer barrel or lets you clean from the chamber end on a rifle with a long action. Adding a section is cheaper than buying a complete new rod and lets one kit cover more firearms. Check that the thread matches your rod before buying. Use it with a 12 Gauge brush, mop or jag to push fouling and patches through the bore.
