The Cobra AM1055 FLT is a pair of waterproof, floating two-way radios for hiking, camping, fishing, boating, game drives and keeping a group in touch on a farm or work site. Cobra rates the range at up to 12 km in ideal open conditions, and each radio offers 16 channels with 121 privacy codes. Up to 10 channels or channel/privacy-code combinations can be stored in memory and scanned. The radios are waterproof and float if dropped in water, and a rubberised grip helps in wet hands. Rewind-Say-Again plays back the last received message, and VOX allows hands-free talking. Each radio runs on a rechargeable battery pack. In the box are two radios, a two-port charging dock, a micro-USB cable, rechargeable batteries and belt clips.
