The Coleman FyreStorm is a compact backpacking gas stove for hiking, overland trips and emergency cooking. It screws onto Coleman Performance and Xtreme screw-thread gas cartridges and delivers up to 3,000 W, with a gas consumption of about 210 g an hour. The maker quotes a boil time of about 4 minutes in still air and under 9 minutes in a 3 m/s wind, and a runtime of around two hours. It weighs about 136 g and packs small enough to fit inside a cook pot. Use it on a stable, level surface and keep it away from tents and dry grass. Cartridge sold separately.
