This is a genuine Coleman replacement spring part for the Coleman Instant Dome 3, 5 and 7 person tents (Coleman part numbers 2000026689, 2000026690 and 2000026691). Instant Dome tents use a pre-attached pole and hub system so the tent stands up in about a minute, and a worn or broken spring can stop the frame from locking out properly. Replacing the part keeps your tent working instead of having to buy a new one. Compare it with the part on your tent before fitting; we could not confirm exactly where on the frame this spring is used.
