These are genuine Coleman replacement lid hinges in white, part C050, sold as a pair. They replace broken or worn hinges on Coleman hard cooler boxes that use this hinge, so the lid can be refitted and opens and closes properly again. Hinges are usually the first part of a cooler to break after years of use, and replacing them gives an otherwise good cooler a much longer life. Compare the shape and size of your old hinge with this part before ordering, as Coleman uses several different hinge types.
