The GamePro Otus is a 12 V hand-held spotlight that runs straight from a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket, so there is no battery to charge. Twelve Cree LEDs totalling 36 W give up to 3,500 lumens through a 150 mm reflector, with a beam of up to about 800 m, and the LEDs are rated for more than 50,000 hours. A coiled cable with a cigarette lighter plug lets you move around the cab and out of the window. It runs for as long as the vehicle supplies power, or roughly 2 hours from a 12 V 7 Ah power pack (sold separately). The aluminium and ABS body has a pistol grip and a simple on/off switch. A red filter is included for game spotting, along with a carry bag. Suited to game drives, hunting from a vehicle, farm patrols, boating and roadside emergencies.
