The Glo-Toob GT-AAA IR is a marker light that gives off infrared light, invisible to the naked eye but visible through night vision equipment. It is used by tactical, military, search and rescue and airsoft teams to mark people, vehicles, landing zones and equipment without giving away a position. The body has a scrubbed finish to cut down surface reflections and shines through 360 degrees. Like other Glo-Toob AAA lights it is water and impact resistant, switches on by twisting the cap and has three modes: constant 100% (about 5.5 hours), constant 25% (about 27 hours) and a 1 Hz flash. It runs on one AAA battery, included. Glo-Toob makes IR versions at 850 nm and 940 nm; we could not confirm which one this is. Listed as end of line by the distributor.
