This Honey Badger Cross-Bolt Drop-Point is a lightweight folding knife in the medium/large size with a tan FRN (fibre reinforced nylon) handle. It pairs Honey Badger's signature drop-point blade, made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, with the Cross-Bolt locking system. The Cross-Bolt lock uses a hardened steel bar that spans the width of the knife and engages the blade tang, giving strong lock-up that resists accidental closing. It can be released from either side, so the knife is fully ambidextrous, and the blade can be closed without putting fingers in its path. The drop-point shape is a good all-rounder for general use and hunting, with a strong tip and a useful belly for slicing. The handle has Honey Badger's raised honeycomb texture for a sure grip, and the knife carries a pocket clip (listed as L/R, for left- or right-hand carry). The Medium/Large size is one of two lightweight sizes in the Cross-Bolt range. Honey Badger is a South African knife brand known as Africa's toughest knife.
