The Honey Badger Tanto Large Black PVD is a full-size folding knife with a tanto blade in D2 tool steel and a black PVD (physical vapour deposition) finish. The angular, stepped edge transition gives a reinforced tip that pierces tough materials and holds up under hard use, while the straight edge handles controlled cuts. The PVD layer is very hard and resists scratching and abrasion, and it improves the blade's corrosion resistance. The black FRN (fibre reinforced nylon) handle has a honeycomb pattern for a slip-resistant grip even when wet, the knife is light and slim with deep pocket carry, and the clip is reversible for left- or right-hand use. Opening is smooth on Honey Badger's ball-bearing pivot. Blade length is 92 mm, overall length 208 mm, blade thickness 3.0 mm and weight 110 g.
