The Honey Badger Tong is a sheepsfoot folding knife from South African brand Honey Badger Knives. A straight edge meets a spine that curves down to the point, so it slices with good control and little risk of an accidental stab. It is named for biltong: many users hold it in a reverse grip to cut dried meat, and it works the same way for peeling fruit and vegetables. A bottle-cap opener is built into the blade spine. This medium white model has an 81 mm 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade, 185 mm overall, 104 mm closed and 82 g. The handle is FRN (fibre-reinforced nylon) with Honey Badger's honeycomb texture, which gives a multi-directional grip that stays secure even when wet, while keeping the knife light and slim in the pocket. The blade pivots on two opposing roller bearings holding 18 ball bearings in total, for a very smooth opening and closing action, and the pocket clip can be swapped for left- or right-hand carry.
