The iProtec RM230 is a compact rail-mounted weapon light for handguns and long guns, giving up to 230 lumens of white light for home defence, security work and hunting at night. It is built from anodised aircraft-grade aluminium, is water and impact resistant, and has anti-recoil locking. The adjustable hinge mount fits rail-equipped pistols and long guns without tools (it does not fit subcompact pistols), and on/off buttons on both sides let you work it with either hand. It runs on one CR123A battery, which is included. The white light gives 230 lumens on high (about 2 hours, 110 m beam), 46 lumens on low (about 4.25 hours, 45 m) and a 230-lumen strobe. The compact body keeps weight down on the firearm and leaves room for a holster or other accessories on longer rails. This is the light-only version with no laser.
