The Ledlenser EX4 is a compact, pen-sized ATEX-certified torch for people who work in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as petrochemical plants, mines, refineries, gas installations and grain or dust handling sites. It is certified for ATEX zones 0 and 20 (Ex II 1G Ex ia op is IIC T4 Ga and II 1D Ex ia op is IIIC T135°C Da). It gives up to 50 lumens with a beam distance of about 35 m and runs for about 7 hours on two AAA batteries. The yellow and black plastic body is 140 mm long, weighs about 65 g and is rated IP68 against dust and water. A pocket clip lets you carry it in a shirt or overall pocket like a pen.
