The Ledlenser iLH8 is an explosion-protected headlamp for short-term explosive atmospheres. It is approved for gas and dust groups IIC and IIIC in zones 2 and 22 (temperature class T4 / 135 °C) and was the first headlamp for Ex zone 2/22 with Ledlenser's Advanced Focus System for a focusable beam. A magnetic switch works easily with gloves and protective gear, a red rear light acts as a position marker, and the housing is dustproof and water-jet protected (IP66 and IP68). It runs on AA alkaline batteries in a battery cartridge: 280 lm with a 160 m beam on Power for 9 hours, or 60 lm for up to 38 hours. Weight is about 345 g. Supplied with the battery cartridge and a set of AA batteries.
