The Ledlenser K6R Safety is a compact aluminium keyring torch that doubles as a personal safety device. Besides a bright white light of up to 400 lumens with a beam distance of about 80 m, it has a built-in alarm that sounds a loud distress signal at the press of a button to attract attention or deter a threat, which makes it a sensible companion for walking to the car, jogging or travelling. The integrated lithium-ion battery charges through a fold-out USB-A connector, so no charging cable is needed: plug it straight into a USB port. A transport lock helps prevent the light switching on in a pocket or handbag. The housing is made of aircraft-grade aluminium alloy and is splash resistant (IPX2), and the light is about 62 mm long. This version is grey and is end-of-line stock.
