A slotted loop jag sized for .22 barrels. A cleaning patch is threaded through the eye of the loop and the loop is then pushed through the bore on a cleaning rod, so the patch wipes the barrel evenly and stays in place on the way through. Run solvent-wet patches first to lift fouling, then dry patches until they come out clean, and finish with a lightly oiled patch to protect the bore. Screw the jag onto a cleaning rod with a matching thread before use.
