The National Geographic 10x42 open bridge binocular is a waterproof roof prism binocular for game viewing, birding and hiking. The open bridge leaves a gap between the two barrels, which makes it easy to wrap your hands around, lighter, and comfortable to hold for long periods. It gives 10x magnification with 42 mm objective lenses and a wide field of view of about 114 m at 1000 m. The multi-coated BaK-4 optics give a sharp, colourful image, and the body is waterproof and fog-proof with non-slip rubber armour. A robust central focus wheel and diopter compensation make it easy to adjust. It measures about 155 x 135 x 55 mm and weighs about 658 g. A shoulder strap and cleaning cloth are included.
