The National Geographic 10x50 is a full-size Porro prism binocular for game viewing, birding, sea watching and casual stargazing. The 10x magnification brings distant animals closer, and the large 50 mm objective lenses gather plenty of light, so the image stays bright at dawn, dusk and in twilight. The optics are fully coated for better light transmission, colour fidelity and contrast. A central focus wheel and diopter compensation make it easy to set up, and the rubber-armoured body has a built-in tripod adapter thread for steady viewing over long periods. It measures about 195 x 190 x 62 mm and weighs about 780 g. Supplied with a carry case, neck strap, lens covers and cleaning cloth.
