The Nite Ize CamJam is a knot-free cord tightener for securing and tensioning light loads. It is made of tough plastic with a carabiner clip and stainless steel gate at one end and a rotating, ridged cam at the other. Clip the carabiner to a hook, D-ring or loop, feed the cord through the cam, pull to the tension you want and the cam locks it in place until you rotate it to release. It can also be clipped to one end of a cord to form a loop for bundling sleeping bags, blankets or brush. Use it to pitch tarps and tents, hang bear bags or washing lines, and tie light loads to wheelbarrows, trailers, bikes and boats. It fits cord from 2 to 5 mm (1/16 to 3/16 inch).
