The Nite Ize Figure 9 Large is an aluminium rope tightener for securing bigger loads without knots. Loop the rope through its shaped prongs, pull it tight and it holds the tension; when you are done it lets you release a tight line in a controlled way. Use it to tie awkward items to the roof or back of a vehicle, secure a load on a trailer, pitch a tarp or organise tools and gear in the garage. Engraved numbers on the tightener show the order in which to wrap the rope, and it can be used as a fixed-end or loop system. The large size fits rope from about 3 mm to 9 mm thick. This pack contains one black Figure 9 Large and a 10 ft length of camo-pattern rope.
