The Orange Screw is a screw-in ground anchor that holds far better than an ordinary tent peg. Made in the USA from ultra-durable polycarbonate, it has continuous threads for grip in sand, grass, clay and firm soil, and a top eyelet with several attachment points for rope, cord or a lead. Screw it in vertically. It comes in a clear sleeve, the T-Grip Tool, which slides through the eyelet to make a T-handle for extra leverage in hard ground and stores on the screw when not in use. The large anchor suits gazebos and shade shelters, caravan awnings, large dogs and livestock. Each is 31.1 cm long and 2.8 cm in diameter, weighs 110 g and has a maximum pull strength of about 283 kg (624 lb) in firm soil at 45 degrees. Pack contains two large anchors and one T-Grip Tool.
