A compact field cleaning kit from RAM for .38 and .22 calibre firearms, supplied with an adaptor so the same kit can be used for both calibres. A field kit is meant to live in a range bag, vehicle or hunting pack so you can clear fouling, dust or moisture from the bore when away from your full cleaning bench. Use it with cleaning patches and a suitable solvent, and always make sure the firearm is unloaded before cleaning. The supplier does not list what is in the kit (rod or pull-through, brushes, jags) or the adaptor's thread, so check the pack before buying for a specific firearm.
