A large 600 ml pepper fogger in the RAM Defense range. Where the smaller cans are made to be carried on the person, this size holds far more spray and releases it as a wide fog cloud, so it covers a larger area and lasts longer per can - suited to keeping at home, in a vehicle, at a security post or on a farm. It uses OC (oleoresin capsicum), the active ingredient taken from very hot chilli peppers, which causes intense burning, watering eyes and coughing on contact so that you can get away. RAM Defense describes its sprays as non-toxic and non-flammable, with the main effect lasting at least an hour. Aim away from yourself, check the wind direction before use, and move away from the area after spraying. Keep out of reach of children and store away from heat. Spray time and range for this size are not published, so read the instructions on the can.
