The Spyderco Counter Critter is a medium-size kitchen knife from the Counter Puppy family, with a handle moulded in the stylised shape of an animal's body and legs so the knife stands upright on the counter or table, keeping the blade clean and at hand. Its 100 mm blade is 7Cr17 stainless steel, full-flat ground for a thin, keen edge, and this version has a PlainEdge for clean slices through vegetables, fruit, cheese and meat. The high-impact plastic handle is light and easy to wash. Overall length is 213 mm and it weighs only 45 g. A fun, practical knife for food prep, serving or a braai table, and a good gift. Handle colour: blue.
