The Ultratec Tornado (MS5171) is a rechargeable oscillating fan for load shedding and power failures. As an AC/DC fan it runs from the mains and from its built-in rechargeable battery, so it keeps cooling the room when the electricity goes off. It has two fan speeds, an oscillating head to spread the airflow, and a built-in LED emergency light so you also have light during an outage. It is part of the same Ultratec range of AC/DC emergency fans as the Monsoon and Typhoon. A practical choice for bedrooms, offices, small shops and caravans. We could not find a published specification sheet for the Tornado, so check the packaging for battery capacity, runtime and charging time.
